Marketing Agency
How a performance-marketing agency cut nightly warehouse runtime by roughly 66%
Media buyers at this performance-marketing agency moved between performance reports, ad-platform status and spreadsheets, and assembled ad variations by hand. We brought reporting, budget actions and bulk ad creation into one connected workflow, with automated checks and human control over publishing. It replaced manual reconciliation and repetitive ad assembly.

Challenge
Buyers switched between reports, ad status and spreadsheets, and built ad variations by hand.
What we built
One workspace for reporting, budget actions and bulk ad creation, backed by automated checks.
Result
Faster nightly warehouse runs, spend and revenue reconciled within 0.01%, and controlled bulk publishing.
The challenge
Media buyers moved between performance reports, ad-platform status and spreadsheets to understand results and change budgets. Creating ad variations was manual: five headlines, four texts and three images meant assembling 60 ads one by one. The team needed to see a problem, act on it and publish the next creative test without repeatedly switching tools. Platform rate limits also made large publishing jobs fragile.
What we built
- Combined performance data and live ad status in one operational dashboard, with search, grouping and exports. Buyers pause ads, edit budgets and apply automated rules from the same workspace.
- Added a creative matrix that generates ad variations from headlines, texts and media. A review step comes before publishing, new campaigns are created paused, and saved progress lets interrupted batches resume.
- Built an automated warehouse pipeline that calculates spend, revenue, profit and ROI, supported by around 60 data-quality checks across roughly 26 tables.
- Delivered the work with the AI Factory method: explicit acceptance criteria and repeatable checks before changes could progress. Financial reconciliation and publishing stayed under human review.
