A listed real-estate developer needed one agreed performance view, but its financial, commercial and people data did not consistently reconcile. We built a governed data platform and a shared KPI model with 83 of 97 scoped KPIs implemented.
An internal game-testing product moved to smaller, frequent changes with protected checks and separate human release approval. In reported internal, directional results, stabilization before a release fell from weeks to about a day.
An internal software-buying platform reached live preview, with its buying journey validated against a simulated vendor. After a written delivery contract on day 54 of a 101-day build, changes within agreed size limits rose from 69% to 92%.
