How a CPG manufacturer ended its distributor-network blind spots
This CPG manufacturer sold through a network of distributors and retailers but could not see what was happening across it. Inventory, orders and demand were spread between producer, distributor, retail and client. We connected those flows and gave the network a portal, so the business could finally see the whole chain.
