This regional grocery chain had a large loyalty base and millions of transactions, but little insight from it. We built a customer and loyalty analytics layer, so the chain could see customer segments, behavior and where to grow sales.

The challenge
The chain had years of loyalty cards and transactions, but the data mostly sat there. Leadership could not see who its best customers were, who was slipping away, or which products and promotions actually moved behavior.
